Free vacancy in the Public Relations/Quality Management Department in a 5-star hotel on Lanzarote

One of our 5 star partner hotels on Lanzarote is looking for an intern in the Department of Public Relations/Quality Management.

For this internship a period of 2 – 6 months is required. You will work 40 hours and have two days off per week, accommodation and meals are provided by the hotel for free and you will receive pocket money of 180 EUR per month.

Are you studying or doing an apprenticeship? Are you planning to do your compulsory internship abroad? Then this is the right internship for you!

During your internship you will be permanently in contact with the international hotel guests. Your tasks will be welcoming the guests and showing them the hotel facilities as well as forwarding any complaints received to the respective department. Further, you will analyze the results of the hotel questionnaires, prepare international correspondence and support the Customer Relationship Management.

For this internship you should have a friendly personality and self-confidence. You like to deal with international guests and you are able to solve even difficult situations in a diplomatic way. Your English is at a good level and you will need at least basic Spanish skills.
